- Do not remove any materials or equipment from the area until the incident is resolved.
- Sweep off broken glass or chips, and place them in plastic bags, tying the bag securely.
- Place the bag into an empty, unused carton box.
- Label the box with "CAUTION! BROKEN GLASS" to alert others.
