The UALA BUSINESS management tool provides a complete overview of performance with a "Overall Score" percentage indicator.

The "Activity Report" provides a detailed view of the business, including the number of male and female clients and an analysis of bookings with the corresponding booking channels for the appointments.

The "Revenues" show the detailed analysis of the turnover of a day/period.

The "Team Report" shows the performance of the staff members of the establishment by indicating the average ticket per employee, per service, the customers' opinions about the employee, the rate of loyalty the employee was able to create with a customer and the number of times he was chosen for a given service.

The "Customer Report" contains an analysis of all new customers, noshows, loyalty rate and return frequency.

UALA BUSINESS is a business management software that allows the user to keep control of stocks, products and movements.

The stock report allows the user to see which products are running well or not and to export the data in csv format.

The inventory report provides a complete picture of all products currently in stock with a breakdown by total value, number of products sold and products used internally within the establishment.

The "Profile" tab contains all personal and billing information of the user.

The UALA BUSINESS software offers the possibility of having a summary of the functions currently active by the user, the connection with the electronic invoicing service, the remaining credits for sending communication campaigns (SMS and e-mails) and the NF525 section which allows downloading:

Each month, a downloadable PDF file is generated. This provides a summary of all collection operations carried out in the previous month.
