Auxiliary Service Volunteer Program

Procedure
- The Employment Section will:
- Process and appoint interested volunteers
- Determine an appropriate assignment for each volunteer based on their skills and experience
- Maintain a file of approved positions for volunteer assignment
- Supervisors or commanders desiring volunteer assistance may submit a memorandum indicating:
- Duties to be assigned to the volunteer and required skills
- Hours to be worked
- Duration of the assignment (if applicable)
- Commander/supervisor to whom the volunteer would report
