General Information
- The JJIF-Duo System focuses on defensive strategies from two athletes on the same team.
- Attacks are categorized into 3 series of 4 attacks each (gripping, punches/kicks, and weapon).
- Each attack is preceded by a pre-attack.
- The defender presents a counter-attack with lock/submission/controlling techniques.
- Objective of competition is to show technical and realistic defence.
- Specific guidelines, adaptations, organization/format are in the JJIF Sporting Code and are valid in case of a conflict.
