This document details typing skills training for office administration and warehouse management trainees.
It aims to equip trainees with the necessary skills to type in Arabic quickly and accurately.
The training program uses a modern, science-based approach that aligns with international best practices.
Special attention is devoted to correctly configuring the computer setup.

Accurate typing requires correct positioning and posture.
The posture should ensure ease of movement in the wrists and hands.
The hands should be positioned on the keyboard so they're not elevated or lowered too much from the keyboard's surface.
Fingers must be fully curved, as if the arms are relaxed by the sides.
Pressing keys needs to be done with finger tips.
Fingers should remain on the main keyboard keys unless required to press keys in different locations.
Positioning the hands slightly resting on the "knuckle" position over keys "k", and "sh" is optimal.

Typing speed is calculated by dividing the total number of correctly typed words by the time taken in minutes.
A common error rate is 2 percent or less of any typing text.
10 words are subtracted from the total count for each mistake.
This is done to calculate the final speed in words per minute.

It is critical to follow trainer instructions.
Do not rush the typing process until skills are proficient.
Mastering each row individually before progressing to the next row is essential.

The keyboard is designed like a typewriter with standard key arrangements for easy data and instruction input.
Modern keyboards incorporate specific key functions and navigation keys.
Numerical keypads are also included for numerical calculations, especially when handling complex numbers like accounting exercises.
