Brand Portal Features

Content Filters
- Clear all filters to start a new filter
- "Save View As" allows naming and saving of a newly created filter

Announcements

- As of a certain vault version, limits exist on the number of documents, announcements, and filters for different sections.

- Update portal tags to reflect necessary changes. (If content is no longer relevant, remove the expired tags from all areas)
Document Usage Report
- Tracks activity (views, copies, downloads, and renditions of materials) within different areas of the Portal

Graphical Elements
- Review component assets under "Content filters" and "All Portal Library filters" to ensure up-to-date and pertinent elements
