Institutional Head: Implements policies for supervision, monitors security reclassification (including for women), maintains the Correctional Plan, makes reclassification recommendations (medium security for specific inmates, minimum security for Dangerous Offenders), and resolves disagreements with the Case Management Team on these reclassifications, ensures high-profile offender procedures are followed. Also ensures policies in CD 784 (victim information sharing) are followed. The institutional head ensures inmates are assigned to a Parole Officer and Correctional Officer/Primary Worker within two working days of admission.

Assistant Warden, Interventions: Collaborates with relevant staff to involve Indigenous Liason officers for inmates following a healing path, ensures completion of the Case Documentation Checklist, and chairs the Correctional Intervention Board
