Definitions

  • Inn: A place of which the innkeeper is the keeper
  • Innkeeper: A person responsible for the property of guests, including hotel, motel, auto court, cabin, or other accommodation providers
  • Peace Officer: A member of a municipal police service, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, or a peace officer appointed under the Peace Officer Act
