संविधान के जगह मैं आपko इस ब्यूटिफुल व जानकारीशाली लेख पड़ाता हूँ। हम संविधान के निर्माण, महत्व, अनुच्छेदों, संशोधन, और प्राकृतिक अधिकार पर фокуस करेंगे।
संविधान के निर्माण
भारत का पहला राष्ट्रीय संविधान 1950 में निर्मित था। उस समAY के समाज के विकास, स्वतन्त्रता, एकता व समाجवाद की योजनाएँ का रूप अनुसूचित किया गया. संविधान के निर्माण में अपराधी कानुनियों, अधिकारों, प्रणाली व अन्य संस्थानों की कैटेगरी में विभिन्न शैलियों और विधायकों का प्रém शामिल था.
संविधान के महत्व
संविधान ₹ 80 लाख करोड़ को शामिल करता है एक समस्त देश के लिए कैसे व्यवस्था बनकर उसके विकास को मजबूत करें. संविधान ई-DIOCE, राष्ट्रीय संसाdhak संगठन, राष्ट्रीय लोक सभा और अन्य प्रांतिक संस्थानों के बिना मुख्य रूप से राजनीतिक विचार का प्रवण नहीं कर पाया जाता. संविधान में व्यवस्था को सुधारने के लिए संशोधन के नौकरी भी कियी गयी है.
संविधान की अनुच्छेदों
संविधान के 12 अनुच्��chkेद एक देश की विविधता और व्यवस्था को पहचानने वाला प्रमाणिक निर्देशपत्र हैं जिनमें रक्षा, कल्याणय व जमींदारी के निष्ओधन के माध्यम से अनेक प्रकार के अधिकारों, कानुनियों, व संस्थानों का सन्निहित किया गया है।
कुछ प्रकार के अनुच्छेद:
- अधिकार अनुच्छेद: राष्ट्रीय, सांगठनिक और स्वाच्छता के अनेक विध अधिकार.
- राजनीतिक और सरकारी नियम अनुच्छेद: राष्ट्रीय सरकार का कैज विधान, राष्ट्रीय लोक सभा का विधि, राज्यसभा, प्रadesh सभा व संविधान ऋण का निर्माण करने वाले नियम.
- कल्याणय: राष्ट्रीय बंदुक योजना, राष्ट्रीय अवश्यकोत्तर घर योजना, व अनेक ऐसे योजनाएं.
- जमींदारी: राष्ट्रीय जल मिनिमं अनुमति
