Tell us about yourself?

I am a high school student involved in many school programs such as the marching band, concert band, and puente. I have played trumpet for 8 years and plan on continuing to play throughout college. I am very devoted to try my hardest and set high standards for myself. For example, I am enrolled in college courses which allow me to further achieve my academic goals. I also love helping others learn and succeed as well and I demonstrate that by tutoring other students.

Why do you want to work for In-N-Out Burger?

One of the main reasons I am so passionate about working for In-N-Out is the service. Every time I order food from here, the employees treat everyone with such respect, and those are the people I want to surround myself with. Seeing all the positive attitudes from your employees makes me want to represent In-N-Out as well and give people an enjoyable experience whenever they visit the restaurant.

What hours can you work?

On weekdays, I am available to work from 5 PM to 10 PM, and on weekends, I am available at any hours of the day. I can also work on holidays.

What is your greatest strength?

<p>My greatest strength is my time management skills. I always get work done in a timely manner and efficiently. No matter what the condition is, I will get the job done and on time. What can you tell us about In-N-Out Burger?

<p>The first In-N-Out Burger was opened in 1948, and it is a family-owned business. The restaurant is located in the states of California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. In-N-Out also has a secret menu, and some of the items on the secret menu are animal style fries or burger, the flying dutchman, a 3x3, and a 4x4. How would you deal with an upset customer?

<p>If I was approached by an upset customer, I would first listen to them and what they have to say. Then I would apologize for the circumstances and try to help solve the customer's problem. Where do you see yourself in five years?

<p>In five years, I see myself at a university further studying chemistry or learning about pharmaceutical sciences. I am passionate about my career path and want to continue to educate myself on the topic. Why should I hire you?

<p>Some of the few reasons why I am fit for the job are my communication skills, punctuality, and my ability to carefully listen and take in whatever someone has to say. When it comes to public speaking, I have no problem speaking to a large crowd, and I can keep the conversation going while staying engaged with the customer and listening to what they have to say. How would you feel about standing on your feet for long periods of time?

If you could be one animal, what would it be?

<p>If I were to be an animal, I would be an elephant. Elephants show patience while also being very strong, and I believe I have a lot of patience when it comes to dealing with others. <p>To me, excellent customer service is treating a customer with friendly service and making sure that their order is correct the first time through.
