In-flight Sales Working Guideline
Sales Summary Sheet
- There are two types of Sales Summary Sheets: one from the POS machine and one from the CA Kit.
- The Sales Summary Sheet from the POS machine is printed after the transaction is finished and the CLOSE action is activated.
- The sheet includes:
- Records of all sales transactions made in credit cards and coupon
- KPI of the sector
- Total DFS amount of the single machine in TWD (excluding Upgrade and Chargeable seat)
- Crew should write down:
- Crew ID
- Name
- Seal number of plastic cash envelope
- "Cash Bag No." column should include the barcode number of the cash envelope
- "Check" column is for Class Leader to cross-check the contents of the cash envelope
- After cross-checking, crew should fill in their ID and signature at the bottom of the Sales Summary Sheet

Payment 5: Pay with Shopping Coupon or Discount Coupon and Credit Card
- All coupons are non-redeemable for cash
- Scan the coupon first, then pay by credit card
- S/C value: TWD 500
- D/C value: USD 50 & USD 10

Using the System
- Tap on "Pay" after checking the item, quantity, and discount info are correct
- Choose Coupon page and select pay
- System will default to D/C, tap to choose S/C or D/C
Record of Cash Envelope
- Record of Cash Envelope form should be filled out if the computer is unavailable
- Columns included:
- DATE
- TIME
- FLT NO
- CA SIGNATURE
- CA ID NO
- LEADER
- SEAL NO
- BAG NO
Important Reminders
- Cash envelopes belong to the company and should be deposited on the date according to the regulations
- Crew should adhere to the regulations or face disciplinary action
- Foreign crew performing the flight duty for returning home base should fill out the "CASH ENVELOPE ON BOARD HAND OVER SHEET" and hand in the cash envelope to Class Leader
Debit Note
- Difference on sales quantity/sales amount will result in a debit note from the Supply Auditing Section
- Debit note amount will be deducted from the crew's salary in the next month if the "同意付款" button is clicked
- If the crew disagrees, they should write a report to respond
