Flight Data Recorder Requirements
- Mandatory for aeroplanes over 5,700 kg.
Flight Engineer Criteria
- Required if the aircraft has three or more engines, or if a Flight Engineer station exists that cannot be managed by another crew member.
IFR Conditions for Departure
- A flight under IFR cannot commence unless weather conditions at the destination are at or better than operating minima at the intended arrival time.
