Sweat gives humans greater endurance by extending their run duration compared to other builds who pant to recover stamina.
The lack of fur provides a benefit, allowing humans to use their sweat ability and grants access to the extremely broken ability: sweat
Humans are weak against stealth builds and lack defense against environmental damage, as well as against physical attacks from other builds.
Human strength stat is generally low and they lack the bite attack found in nearly all other non-herbivorous builds (and the most effective attack)
Humans have a favorable matchup against large and medium-sized mammals.
The ability to craft equipment and use piercing damage is highly effective against those with thick hides.
Humans are countered by stealth builds due to their lack of smell and night vision.
The human build is disadvantaged against builds that use flight.
