- Members are entitled to payment of accrued sick leave when they retire or resign with at least 20 years of service and proper notice.
- Members discharged for just cause or resigning while charges are being investigated are not eligible for compensation.

- Mass shift transfers can occur once every 2 years and involuntary transfers result in compensation for extra hours worked
- Members can request voluntary transfers once each year in January
- Promotional transfers are conducted based on the District's need and may occur during mass shift transfer years.

- The District will repair or replace damaged eye wear or watches for firefighters on duty.
