Collection and Review of SDS and Right to Know Information
- During semi or annual inspections, personnel request current SDS and Right to Know Information
- Copies of fire station-specific SDS sheets are available on the Village network computer and in hard copy at each fire station
Emergency Use of SDS and Related Information
- The Haz Mat Officer maintains all Tier II files submitted to the LEPC
- Tier II files are updated each January and as changes are submitted
- Tier II files are maintained on the Village network computers and uploaded to CAD
Responsibilities
