- 1915: St. Paul's Girls' College was founded by the Sheng Kung Hui.
- 1918: St. Paul's Girls' College became the first school in Hong Kong to require students to wear a uniform.
- 1916: Dr. Catherine Woo returned from England after studying at Oxford and became principal.
- 1927: The school moved to 33 MacDonnell Road. The pre-war building is still standing today.
- 1942: St. Paul's Girls' College was closed due to the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong.
- 1945: The school reopened under Dr. Woo after the Second World War, merging with St. Paul's Boys' College to become the first co-educational college in Hong Kong.
- 1950: The school was renamed St. Paul's Co-educational College. St. Paul's Boys' College moved to Bonham Road.
- 1952: Dr. B.M. Kotewall succeeded Dr. Woo as principal.
- 1959: Construction of the West Wing was completed under Dr. Kotewall

- 2008: The Wong Chuk Hang primary school site was ready.
- 2011: St. Paul's Co-educational College became an IB world school.
