Accessing Google Drive
- To use Google Drive, a Google account is required.
- To access Google Drive, visit www.google.com, sign in with a Gmail account using a valid username and password, and click on the Google apps launcher button at the top-right corner.
- Select the Google Drive icon from the list of options to open the Google Drive window.
Uploading Files and Folders
- Right-click on the "My Drive" option or click on the "New" button and select "File upload".
- Browse and select the desired file(s) to upload from the "Open" dialog box.
- Once the upload is complete, the files will appear in your Google Drive folder.
- Folders can be uploaded by clicking "Folder upload" from the "My Drive" drop-down list or from the "New" button's submenu.
Organizing Files and Folders
- Google Drive offers the creation and upload of folders to organize files.
Creating a New Folder
- Click on the "New" button and select the "New folder" option.
- A window will appear to enter the folder name and create it by clicking the "Create" button.
Moving a File to a Folder
