  • A netbook is a small laptop computer designed primarily for accessing internet-based applications.
  • A smartphone is a mobile phone that performs many of the functions of a computer, typically having a touch screen interface, Internet access, and an operating system capable of running downloaded applications.
  • Wearable technology, or wearable gadgets, include devices that can be worn by a consumer and often include tracking information related to health and fitness.

Philippine Writing Systems

  • Baybayin was a pre-colonial writing style.
  • During the colonial period, Filipinos who converted to Catholicism were taught the Spanish language and the Latin alphabet.
