- Assesses symptoms over the past two weeks
- Scores range from 0-21, with higher scores indicating greater severity of symptoms
GAD-7 Score Interpretation

- Scores 10-14: Moderate Anxiety symptoms, teleconsultation with trained MO, counselling by CHO using module (relaxation exercise, lifestyle modification, yoga)
