General ROS

Psychiatric ROS

Dermatological ROS
- Assesses alterations in skin, hair, nails, moles (size, shape, color), presence of rashes, sores, lumps, itching, and bruising.
HENT: Head ROS
- Focuses on headaches (using OPQRST), dizziness, vertigo, and facial pain or pressure.
HEENT: Ears ROS

HEENT: Eyes ROS
