Aggravated Assault

  • An aggravated assault is an assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, or with intent to commit a felony.

Battery

  • A battery occurs when a person intentionally touches or strikes another person against their will, or causes bodily harm.

Felony Battery

Aggravated Battery
