    • Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) forms include Order for Supplies or Services (OF347) or Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items (SF1449).
    • CG-932x Acquisition Program Management Office (PMO) evaluates engineering change requests (ECRs) for Cutter acquisitions until the asset is transitioned to sustainment.
    • The PMO consults subject matter experts (SMEs) for asset-type-specific content.
    • CG-932x Acquisition Program Manager approves, modifies, downgrades, or rejects CG-22s for assets still in the acquisition phase.
    • Configuration/engineering change proposals for surface assets in acquisition are approved by each surface program's Configuration Control Board (CCB).
