EMR Login Module
- To access the EMR, users need to be registered by their admin with a valid email address or phone number.
- Users can login using either their email address or phone number.
- The login page requires a valid email address or phone number and password.
Resetting User Password
- Users can reset forgotten passwords by entering the institution's URL or IP address in their browser.
- Users can select to receive a temporary password via email or phone number.
- Upon receiving the temporary password, users can log in and set a new password.
Switching Location
- Users can switch between office locations within the EMR without logging out.
- To switch location, users can click on their user profile on the top right of the screen and select "Switch location."
Appointments Module
- This module allows users to book appointments with doctors specifying date, time, and duration.
Scheduling Appointment for Registered Patient
- Search for the patient by name from the Registered Patient dropdown.
- Select a team/doctor from the team/doctor dropdown.
- Select date, start time, duration, clinic, visit reason, and chief complaint.
Scheduling Appointment for Non-Registered Patient
- Select "New Patient" to create a temporary profile.
- Enter the patient's first name, last name, sex, phone number, and email address.
- Similar to registered patient steps, select team/doctor, date, start time, clinic, visit reason, and chief complaint.
- The non-registered patient can be registered and checked-in later.
Rescheduling/Canceling an Appointment
- Click the "Manage" button next to the appointment.
- To reschedule, click "Reschedule Appointment,” update details, and click "Confirm."
- To cancel, click "Cancel Appointment" and confirm.
