Paternity Leave

Workers are entitled to paternity leave, calculated as N x 5 normal working days, where N is the number of workdays a worker is required to perform in a week, and W is the number of working days in a week for a comparable full-time worker.
A medical certificate confirming the spouse's childbirth and a signed statement confirming cohabitation are required.
Leave begins within two weeks of the child's birth.
Workers with less than 12 months of continuous employment are entitled to unpaid leave.

End-of-Year Bonus
