Employee Benefits

• Premium pay is additional pay for work performed on public holidays.
• Overtime work beyond eight hours is compensated with an additional 25% of the hourly rate.
• Night shift differential is additional compensation for work rendered between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
• Female employees can extend their maternity leave without pay for a maximum of 60 days.
• Overtime work performed during special non-working holidays is compensated with an additional 30% of the hourly rate.
• An employee must have at least 6 months of service to be entitled to special leave for women.
• Male employees are entitled to paternity leave to support their wife after childbirth or miscarriage.

• The 13th month pay must be paid to employees not later than December 24.
• The minimum retirement pay mandated by law for employees who have served the company for at least five years is one-half month's salary for every year of service.
• The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards are responsible for developing standards for determining the daily minimum wage for different regions in the Philippines.

• Employees who have rendered at least one year of continuous service are entitled to service incentive leave.
• There are 10 regular holidays in the Philippines according to Executive Order No. 292.
• Male employees are granted 7 days of paternity leave.
• Solo parents are provided 7 days of leave under the "Solo Parents' Welfare Act of 2000".
• Victims of violence against women and their children are entitled to 15 days of leave.
• Voluntary benefits are given to employees depending on the financial capacity and the generosity of the organizations.

Other Benefits

• A death benefit is given to primary beneficiaries of deceased members.
• A sickness benefit is provided to members who are unable to report for work due to sickness or injury for at least four days.
