Responsibilities

• All personnel must familiarize themselves with relevant policies and procedures.
• Supervisory staff enforce compliance with the directive.
• Communications personnel manage incident numbers for Senior Link events.
• The Office of Chaplaincy creates weekly reports on Senior Link responses and forwards forms to MOCS.
• MOCS collaborates with various agencies to improve seniors' quality of life.

Actions by Officer in Charge (OIC)

• Upon identifying seniors needing assistance, the OIC must approach their needs sensitively.
• If social services are required, these needs should be documented.
• Completeness of the Senior Link In-Take Form is the responsibility of the OIC, including specific details such as the date, shift, officer’s name, and constituent's full name.
