Issued Approved documents may be corrected manually by QA personnel with a pen and signed for minor corrections (only if the correction is formed by any grammatical/ typographical/ spelled error) same shall intimated to QA Head. If permitted by QA head same correction shall be done in master copy. In case of any technical faults, it shall be corrected only by Head QA with sign & Date. However the same shall be revised in the next revision OR Errata procedure.
