Document Approval Workflow
- To submit a document for approval, click "Workflow Actions" and select "Submit for Initiator Review".
- Select the Project Initiator (any user in PromoMats, including the author).
- Click "Start" to initiate the review process.
- Only the document owner or originator/gatekeeper can initiate a workflow.
- Always select individual users, not groups.
