Terms
ATP
- ATP is a system that links each product to its order for proper PTL function, ATP (Available to Promise) in logistics and SAP if Available to Promise, and is a function
Audit
- Audits involve counting items in each box to ensure complete units reach to the final client
- Boxes collected from conveyor belt and positioned by audit table
- The box is opened, garments removed, and counted to determine a 1-to-1 match with the RF.
BTO
- BTO (Business Type Operation) classifies items according to collection validity; Current, Replacement & Not Current
Valid
- Valid classifies current references from the latest collection, also classifies as basics.
Replacement
- Replacement classifies last three collections before current with high movement in stores.
Not Valid
- Not Valid classifies collections from past 2 years excluding last 3 months, usually routes to outlet.
CAR
- CAR refers to customer activity repository
Cross Docking
- Cross Docking refers to a prep system in which merchandise is received and loaded simultaneously eliminating intermediate storage
Dispatching (Trailer)
- Dispatching activates the interface with the ERP of the merchandise receipt
Destelle
- Destelle (blink) refers to a function in PTL using a blinking LED on a shelf or location to guide picking.
Desurtir
- Desurtir means reversing picking, meaning unlinking previously confirmed units from an order and returning them to inventory.
EDI
- EDI refers to the messages between orgs via writings that are standardized
ERP

Trace
- Trace is a mandatory metric for system recording of length, height, width and weight of each garment.
