DB-5R5D105T Datasheet

• The DB-5R5D105T is a 5.5V standard capacitor series with small-sized, large capacity, and excellent voltage holding.
• It has a uniform 5mm pitch of terminal spacing and a wider temperature range (-25°C to 70°C) than batteries.
• The φ21.5×7.5L size can encase up to 1.5F and is ideal for backing up CMOS, ICs, RAMs, RTCs, and others.

• Internal resistance at 1 kHz: 120Ω (0.047F), 75Ω (0.1F), 75Ω (0.22F), 75Ω (0.33F), 75Ω (0.47F), 30Ω (1F), 30Ω (1.5F)

Performance

• Characteristics at high and low temperature: within ±30% of the value at 20°C for capacitance change, and less than five times of the value at 20°C for internal resistance
• Endurance (70°C): within ±30% of the initial measured value for capacitance change, and within four times of the initial specified value for internal resistance
• Shelf life (70°C): same as endurance, with a test time of 1000 hours

• 5.5V Low Resistance Series with rapid charge and discharge capability (1.5 times as much current as rated capacitance)
