Initial Login
- Access the application at www.cuecrane.com
- Click the "Log in" button on the landing page
- On the log-in page you must provide:
- Password
- The application remembers you when using the "Remember me?" button
- Resetting passwords can be done from the log in screen.
Home Page
- Upon logging in, you will see the Home page with the following buttons:

- To manage your account, go to "Account Settings".

- To create a new request, click "New Request"

- On the Request Equipment page, fill out the form that includes:

- Deployment Date
Project Details
- Project - select the project you are requesting a crane for.
- General Contractor – select the General Contractor for the project.
- Site - all sites assigned to the selected project will be included in the resulting dropdown list.
- Construction Manager - select a Construction Manager for the project.
- Project Manager/Approver - select the designated approver for this job.
Equipment Details
- Type of Equipment – Crane
- Load dimensions – enter the required dimensions (Width, Length, Height) with units
- Load weight - enter maximum weight and a unit of measure.
- Hoisting Height – enter maximum hoisting height and a unit of measure.
- Lift attributes - select the needed attributes for the job.
Deployment date
- Date & Time - select date and time for crane need, observing any minimum timeframe.
- Hoisting hours – enter estimated hours.
- Estimated Days on Site - enter estimated site days.
- Select days to include weekend in the bid.
- Select Multiple deployments on site if needed.
- Request notes – any relevant requests.
- Crane Justification – enter crane justification.
- Certify that the site is prepared for crane ingress and egress.
- To create the new requests, click submit
- After clicking Submit a confirmation dialog will be displayed.
- Construction Drawings (CDs), must be uploaded
- Click "Browse", "drag" or "drop files" into the upload area, then click "Upload"
- A description bar can be used to give the file a description.
- Remove files using the X on the right, or click Clear to clear all files
New Manlift Request details
- New Manlift requests use the same layout as Crane requests

Project details are the same as crane request
- Project - select the project for the crane
- General Contractor – select the General Contractor for project.
- Site - select the site and find list will have assigned the list to the specific project.
- Construction Manager - select Construction manager in the project.
- Project Manager/Approver - select the approver for the job.
Equipment detail specs
- Type of Equipment – Manlift
- Type of Manlift – select Straight/Articulating Manlift, Electric Scissor Lift or Rough Terrain (RT) Scissor Lift
- Manlift Size - Select the manlift size that require.
- Type of Boom – Select boom that need (Straight or Articulating).
- Jib? - Select Yes or No is required.
- RAD Center Height - enter center line height.
- Horizontal Reach - enter the horizontal reach.
Safety and Usage
- Select YES if the crew know how to operate, select NO if the crew don't and can have an On- Site Training

Deployment date

Active Requests & My Tasks
- As a PM, one can see active requests, i.e., some stage between creating new requests and true-up PO issuance.
- Both the Active Requests and My Tasks tabs share same layout, including request ID, references, status, request date, date crane needed, General Contractor, project, customer, site ID, site name, state, Bid Price and Final Price.
- The difference between Active Requests and My Tasks is:
- On the Active Requests page - all active requests.
- On the My Tasks page - those requests pending PM Input
- Status filter and advance search features can be used to help find requests.
Actions Available on Requests
- To see the details of a request, select the request, and details will be available on the right side
- View request details, site information and General Contractor and Bid final Price
- Add project references and notes, add exceptions, change deployment dates to project.
Acknowledge Details
- For requests that are pending acknowledgment of the winning bid, click on "Acknowledge Bid" button
- Before acknowledging the winning bid, make sure the confirmed that you have reviews all associated costs
