CTET: Central Teacher Eligibility Test
Paper 1 & 2: Two different exam papers, Paper 1 for Basic Training Certificate (BTC) and Paper 2 for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
Exam Format: 150 questions, 150 marks, 150 minutes, no negative marking
Subjects: Covered include Child Development and Pedagogy (CDP), Science/Social Studies (SST), and Language (Urdu, English etc.)
Urdu Pedagogy: Focuses on understanding and teaching Urdu, including language comprehension, language acquisition, and teaching principles.
Language Skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills are fundamental components for language education.
Productive/Creative Skills: These include skills like speaking and writing, which show a deeper understanding and the ability to express ideas.
Receptive Skills: These include skills like listening and reading, which involve absorbing information.
