Cancellation and Return Process

After cancellation approval, RMA instructions are sent to the registered email address.
RMA instructions detail modem packing, receiving conditions, and include a prepaid shipping label.
A 14-day grace period starts upon receiving RMA instructions.
During this period, no billing occurs for the membership.
The 14-day grace period for return is separate from the 14-day money-back guarantee.
The modem must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RMA instructions.
If not returned within 14 days, the subscription resumes and billing continues.
