This applies to all contractor calls, including those needing structural inspections/reports. Do not schedule duplexes through this process.
    • Duplices require a special procedure.

    Inspector Fees

    • Mike's base fee is higher than other inspectors.
    • Quote with Mike's pricing initially; revert to quoting if no payment.
    • Detached Structures: $175 each. Additional $175 fee required if only detached structure needs inspection.
    • Repair design: $800-$1500, plus $375 for each additional construction inspection. Must schedule opinion report first.
    • Duplexes: Full price based on sq ft for first unit; half price for second unit if both are inspected.
    • Re-inspections: Add $100 expedite report fee collected at the time of booking.
