Radio Transmission Guidelines

  • Employee Guidelines: Badge number on each transmission (except consecutive transmissions). Acknowledging radio updates with badge number. Minimizing unnecessary traffic and adjusting volume appropriately. Dispatcher will not acknowledge message until certain it is correct, request repeats if necessary for clarification.
