संविधान में सरकारी संगठन के अस्प॥द विषय
संविधान तथा सरकारी संगठन दुनिया के समस्त राष्ट्रों में केंद्रीय प्रणालि प्रकार के मूल स्थानीय प्रावधानों के चौफ़ले हैं। समस्याओं का हल भरोसा के साथ-साथ संविधान के राशियों में सरकारी संगठन को बनाया गया है, जो राष्ट्र की विकास का प्रबंधन करता है। यह विषय में कम्युनिकेट करेंगे कई संविधानी विषयों और सरकारी संगठनों के क्रियाकर्ताओं के बारे में जानेंगे।
संविधान
संविधान एक राष्ट्रीय प्रावधान है, जिसमें राष्ट्र के सभी व्यवस्थाओं के लिए निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इसके माध्यम से राष्ट्र की विशेषताओं को रक्षा करने के लिए एक कानूनी रूप से मापित किया जा सकता है। संविधान के मुख्य माध्यम से राज्य के व्यवस्था को प्रबंधित किया जा सकता है, जो संरक्षण, निरोध, विकास, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, संस्थानों की प्रवेश व रशिद, सुरक्षा तथा अनेक अन्य क्षेत्रों के लिए निर्देशित हो सकते हैं.
सरकारी संगठन
सरकारी संगठन मुख्य राष्ट्रीय, प्रदेशी, जिला या प्रांतीय रूप से स्थापित राज्य के विषयों के लिए प्रबंधित करने वाले संस्थानों के संग्रह हैं। ये संस्थान संविधान के अनुसार स्थापित की गई हैं और राज्य के वितरित क्षेत्रों में कार्य करने वाले क्रियाकर्ताओं के संगठन करते हैं। सरकारी संगठन के संयोजन शामिल होते हैं:
- राष्ट्रीय संगठन (राष्ट्रीय मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रीय बंक व राष्ट्रीय चायानियाँ)
- प्रदेशी संगठन (राज्य मंत्रालय, राज्य संस्थान और राज्य प्रशासन)
- जिला या प्रांतीय संगठन (जिला प्रशासन और प्रांतीय प्रशासन)
