- The Code of Conduct applies to all users of the Training and Certification Support Community.
- The community is designed for individuals 13 years of age or older.
- Users are responsible for upholding the Code of Conduct and adhering to all applicable laws.
- Users should be polite, respectful, and keep conversation threads on track.
- Users should cite the source of anything they post or upload if it's not their original content.
- Users should not use profanity, obscenity, or name-calling, and should report any abuse found in the community.
- Users should not divert or change a thread for their own purposes, post duplicate questions, or post political or religious content.
- Users should not harass, insult, victimize, or intimidate anyone based on age, gender, disability, ethnicity, nationality, physical appearance, sexual orientation, immigration status, language, political affiliation, race, or religion.
- Users should not post content depicting nudity or chain letters, or link to websites that require payment to access information.
- Users will be immediately banned for posting content intended to harm or exploit minors, invading anyone's privacy, posting illegal content, posting threats of hacking or violence, or impersonating a Microsoft employee.
- Users will be banned for pirating Microsoft software, promoting the purchase and sale of ammunition or firearms, or posting unsolicited commercial advertisements.
