Verification and Investigation of CBS Events
- The National Level: National PHRRT supports the investigation in the community

- If an alert is TRUE EVENT, informs District Health Team Within 24 hours, and take action
- If an alert is NOT a TRUE EVENT, informs the community, No investigation required
- Reassurance to CBS and maintain SURVELLANCE
CBS Supervision
- Health facility/sub-district regularly supervise CBS Focal Persons (at least monthly)
- Feedback is given to CBS focal points
- On-the-job training gets provided if there is a problem identified
- Follow-up on requests for assistance gets provided
