  • Active listening involves eye contact, alert posture, and frequent verbal engagement.
  • To improve listening, do not assume, interrupt, understand the need, look for the real reason they want your attention, and do not react too quickly.
  • Communications Order Model is used in IMS and SOG, similar to a Military Order Model.

Grievance Procedure
