Commercial Inspections

Inspection Scheduling
- Aim for Friday appointments for stand-alone wind mit and 4-point inspections
- Maximum of 3 inspections per day (10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM)
- Deviated start times require inspector confirmation via text before scheduling
- For post-hurricane damage inspections, use "Hurricane Damage Assessment" type, inspecting roof, exterior and interior water intrusions only (Report and Photos included)
- Listing agent access required
- Attached garages included, detached garages require additional fee
- For multi-family properties, check for additional garages; if applicable, add $50 to the Detached Building Fee for each outbuilding inspected.
- Home inspection reports include scanning key areas for hidden issues (plumbing leaks, overheating electric panels, water penetration)
- Schedule insurance inspections between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, considering travel time and duration
- Access needed for Stand Alone Wind Mit, 4 Point and Mobile Home Foundation Cert.
- Adding pools or termite inspections to stand-alone insurance inspections is acceptable; Jim will adjust as necessary.
- Collect caller's name, number, and address, and send SMS to Jim.
