Rule 41 Verification of Compliance

  • Contracting Parties are subject to periodic audits by the Organization to verify compliance with the Convention.

Exemptions and Transition Periods

  • Repositioning of masthead lights due to Annex I Section 2(b) is exempted until nine years after the date of entry into force of these Regulations.
