Clean Environment

• The story is about a grey planet that was very sad because the people living there had not looked after it
• They had contaminated the countryside with rubbish and pollution, leaving no plants or animals
• A little boy found a sick, small red flower in a cave and decided to care for it
• The boy searched the whole planet but could not find anywhere the flower could live because of the contamination
• The boy noticed The Moon and travelled there in a space ship with the flower
• The boy visited the flower every day to tend to it and it started to grow
• The flower germinated and brought up other flowers that spread until the whole moon was covered
• The moon sometimes takes on a light red colour, which is said to be from the little boy's flowers
• The red sheen can be a warning light that if we don't look after our planet, flowers will only be able to grow on the moon

Importance of a Clean Environment

• A clean environment is without any form of pollution and its effects
• This includes clean air, clean water, and clean energy
• Keeping our surroundings clean can help protect our health and the environment
• If we don't actively care for the environment, there may be serious consequences

• Forests are being cleared, rivers are being dirtied, and flora and fauna are gradually getting extinct

• One of the main reasons for pollution is the lack of proper waste management at homes, societies, and industries
• Global warming, diseases, and major health and environmental hazards can be seen

• Reduce the amount of waste that you throw away.

• Spread the message of clean environment and the necessity to keep it clean
• Avoid unlimited usage of water, since clean water is precious

• 1 member is chief manager with comic
• 2 members are junior managers and 2 employees assigned to junior managers
• The junior manager who saw the pictures must have employee write text portion and the other has to make their employee draw pictures
• All members can ask questions
• Communicate task clearly to junior managers who in turn to employees

Delegation of Responsibility

• Sharing with others the responsibility of doing some necessary things
• Delegation is a mindset required by all people of all ages
• Despite if tasks can be done better, ask if it possible to grow fruits and veggies or raise chickens for eggs, or delegate the task to the grocer
• Grow cotton and weave own fabric,or delegate the task to merchants
• Delegation is a decision to share duties, and doing by oneself only the necessary matters which cannot be done
• Delegation is the mantra for success in life

Principles for Delegation

• Instead of lessen responsibility, it gives us the capacity to handle greater responsibility.
• Do not assign a task that you find unpleasant to others
• Only delegate if confidence in members is strong, and only if they can carry out the assignment
• Delegation includes teaching if necessary, and is significant motivator to retain members, and gives them a sense of accomplishment

Prohibitions for Delegation

• Do not delegate a task if the member lacks the skill necessary to do it, or if they lack specified responsibilities
• Do not delegate tasks that the leader is unwilling to do

Five W's of delegation

• Make sure sure that everyone has a clear picture of their role.
• Make clear the importance and reason why a certain person was tasked
• Clear who is supposed to do each task
• Share resource materials with all involved
• Know the deadline with all involved Poor Delegation is frustration and demotivates others

Delegation Levels

• Delegation is not just telling someone to do something
• The more experienced and reliable the person is, the more freedom the should receive
• Include a "Please" and "Thank-you" to requests, and ensure the person feels comfortable
