- Enter all FF and E activities, keeping it simple.
- Enter all Internal Wall activities into Walling.
- Set the Logic Links.

- Check the date format in Schedule, making it simple and including the year.
- Set Working Time to be in days.
- Ensure the Project Start Date is after the current project programme.
- Set the project to Auto Schedule.
- Customize any items needed for accessibility.
Bringing up the Programme
- Make sure the revision number changes with each new session.
- Back up and frequently save work.

- Open the Project Menu and examine project information.
- Ensure the project start date is set, including the Award Time.
- Change Calendar Dates by opening the Change Working Time and customizing dates.
- Save and return to the programme.
View Drop Down Menu
- Ensure a split view, with the top Gantt and bottom Task Details.
- Task Details should show the % complete.
- Check that the whole project can be seen, and zoom in as needed.
- Open Gantt Wizard and set the presentation pattern.
- Open Gridlines by right-clicking in the bar chart region and open up Gridlines.
- Start entering critical path activities.

- Save the project under a flash drive, if possible.
- Copy the Excel Critical Tasks from the Excel file in Moodle.
- Enter Critical Path Durations.
- Right-click Bar Styles in the Gantt Chart itself.
- Click "Text" in Bar Styles to enter the name and % complete.
- Click View and the Details Box for Task Details Form.
- Right-click in the details box to add Predecessors and Successors.
- You are now ready to change logic links and make a chart Rev 1.
