The Trinity

• God is one God, but exists as a Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• Each member of the Trinity is fully God, with no beginning or end.
• The Son, Jesus Christ, is the logos (Word) made flesh, meaning he is the Word, God's speech, who became human.
• The Holy Spirit is present from the beginning of creation, as seen in the account of creation in Genesis 1.

Jesus Christ as Creator

• Jesus Christ is the creator of all things.
• He is God, the Word, and everything was created through him.
• He is the creator because he is the Word and the Word is God.

Salvation Through the Word

• Through the Word (Jesus), everything was created and everything was saved.
• The Son, not the Father or the Holy Spirit, came to save us because he is the creator and the one to whom we fell into sin.

Love and the Presence of God

• God is love and wants us to love him.
• When we love someone, time ceases to exist.
• We should love God so much that we cease to look at time when in his presence.

The Gospel of Luke Chapter 1: 57-80

• This passage tells the story of the birth of John the Baptist.

The Preparation of the Way

• John the Baptist was the voice that cried out in the Wilderness.
• The voice precedes the word, and the word is Jesus Christ.
• One must first hear the voice to see the word, revealing God.

Gaining Knowledge of Salvation

• Hearing the voice of God is the initial step to gaining knowledge of Salvation.
• This knowledge is information.
• To truly know God, one must understand the information, which involves comprehension.
• Finally, one must apply the information to their life, which is wisdom.
• The Lord revealed himself to those who believed in His message.
• Those who did not, remained in darkness.

Walking in the Way of Peace

• The knowledge of Salvation leads to the way of peace.
• Peace is achieved through salvation.
• The Lord's light leads to life, while darkness, sin, and the shadow of death lead to hell.
• Hell is the final stage, beginning with sin, leading to death, and ultimately hell.
• Living with the Lord is the key to overcoming darkness and sin.
• It is not about grand gestures, but small acts, such as a smile.
• When we forget the Lord's presence, we are susceptible to temptation.
• It is important to remember that the Lord is everywhere, even when we are not in church.

Living in the Presence of God

• The Lord wants us to remember his presence in everything we do.
• He wants us to think of him, see him, breathe him, and remember him wherever we go.
• The Lord Jesus is Love and wants a personal, intimate relationship with each individual.
• This relationship is based on love, which involves sacrifice.
• Love often makes us uncomfortable and can make us look foolish.

The Love of God

• It is easy to forget the love and sacrifice of God.
• We can often be distracted and forget that God is present in our lives.
• We are called to love God in return.
• Just as a father loves his children unconditionally, God loves us unconditionally.
• Even when we are wrong, God's love for us remains constant, and we should strive to love him back.
• The knowledge of Salvation is essential for living a fulfilling life.
• This knowledge begins with hearing the voice of God, understanding His message, and then applying it to our lives.
• This allows us to walk in the way of peace and experience the true meaning of love.
