- Limited to two interviews by the investigating law enforcement agency.
- Initial interview by the assigned detective and a follow-up interview, only as necessary.
- Excludes the initial contact made by the investigating deputy.

- Conducted in a setting and manner to minimize traumatic effects.
- Additional interviews allowed upon order of the trial Judge.
Video Recorded Interviews
