Law on Commercial Enterprises (LCE)

Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation (AoI) must be filed with the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) within 15 days of changing the shareholding structure.
Private limited companies are permitted a maximum of 30 shareholders under the LCE.
A company is required to amend its AoI within the stipulated timeframe after any alteration in its shareholding structure.
