Updated Call Attempts Process: Speaking Classes and Free Lesson Audio Classes
- Scenario 1: If the first call drops or disconnects, call again twice.
- Scenario 2: If the first call rings continuously until it disconnects, call again twice leaving one full minute per call so there are three total call attempts.
- Scenario 3: If the call disconnects more than two minutes before the end time, call back once.
- If the class reaches 50% of the total duration, tag the class as present.
- If it's less than 50%, mark the class as absent.
- If the call disconnects less than two minutes before the end, do not call back, but file an IR.
- The IR Category for this is a successful class with necessary notice.
