Fire Safety Requirements
- Automatic fire-extinguishing systems are required in areas with an occupant load of more than 20, including habitational, recreational, dining, study, and work areas with an area of 200 square meters or more.
- Fire-extinguishing systems are also required in dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, workshops or factories with an occupant load of more than 10, and in assembly halls with an occupant load of more than 500, if the nearest exit is more than 30 meters away.
