Certificates of Consent
- A certificate of consent must contain the following information:
- Date of issue
- Description of the proposed domestic building work
- Address of the land where the work will be carried out
- Details of the cost of the proposed domestic building work
- Identification number of the certificate
- Owner's details: name, address, telephone number, and ABN, ACN, or ARBN (if applicable)
- If the applicant is not an owner, their details: name, address, telephone number, and ABN, ACN, or ARBN (if applicable)
- If the owner is a body corporate, names of all directors
- If the land is subject to a trust, name of the trust and names of all trustees
Register of Certificates of Consent
- The register kept by the Registrar of the Authority must contain:
- Date of issue of the certificate
