BCBF Module Overview
- The BCBF Module is an integrated platform for agencies to manage training and examination activities.
- It provides a centralized/decentralized operation and monitoring system for batches and faculties.
Process Flow
- The process flow begins with agency registration, followed by creating centers, adding faculties, creating training batches, and adding candidates to training batches.
- Candidates can then apply for the examination, and the agency/center can manage the entire process through the module.
Agency Registration
- Every training institute (agency) needs to register with IIBF on the BCBF module to access training and examination activities.
- IIBF will provide the agency with login credentials after registration.
Agency and Centre Logins
- The agency login is used for supervision and creating centers, while the center login is used for adding faculties, creating training batches, and adding candidates to training batches.
- An agency can create multiple centers, but each agency must create at least one center for starting the training batch.
Centre Login
- The center login allows faculties to be added, training batches to be created, and candidates to be registered for training and examination.
- The agency has access to all information regarding its centers.
Training Batch Management
- The training batch needs to be approved by the agency before it can be used for training.
- The agency can select 'Batch Error' or reject the batch if there are errors.
- The agency can also submit batch communication to convey general information relating to the batch.
Candidate Management
- Candidates are added to a batch after it has been approved by the agency.
- Basic details and other documents (e.g., photo, signature, identity card) need to be uploaded by the center.
- Each candidate is assigned a unique training ID for identification.
Batch Applicant Checklist
- The batch applicant checklist allows agencies/centers to verify if all required details and documents have been uploaded correctly for each registered candidate.
Applying for Examination
- Candidates can apply for the BC-BF examination through bulk registration or individual registration.
- Examinations are conducted through three modes: monthly examinations at IIBF centers, hybrid mode, and individual registration at CSC centers.
- The agency/center can manage the bulk registration process through the module.
Bulk Registration
- The bulk registration process involves selecting candidates, updating examination medium and center, generating a proforma invoice, and making payment.
- The agency needs to verify the fee amount and candidate count, then click on generate proforma invoice.
- After payment, the agency needs to update the transaction details and upload the payment slip.
Transaction Details
- Once payment details are updated, the transaction will be reflected at IIBF's end for approval.
- The agency needs to inform IIBF with the payment details, and IIBF will verify the details and approve the transaction.
- After approval, the agency can download the invoice/transaction receipt from the module.
